Sagrada Família School is a religious school and it belongs to a nuns order called Sagrado Corazón de Jesús (Sacred Heart).
It is located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda since 1916, an industrial city near Barcelona, in Catalonia.Catalonia is a little country in the northern part of Spain, a country where you can find different cultures, Catalans have their own language and their own culture and it coexists with the Spanish language and its culture too.In Santa Perpètua de Mogoda and our school you can find these different cultures between our students and our environment.This town is called a dormitory town, due to its high blocks of apartments, inhabited mainly by working class people and its industrial areas.
In Santa Perpètua you can find beautiful and peaceful zones to go for a walk or visit. There is an old and historical downtown and large and green areas on the outskirts of the town.
Nowadays the school has got 1053 students and 83 teachers. You can course from Kinder garden, Primary and Secondary studies and it’s considered half private as it belongs to the Sacred Heart order. It has a permanent agreement with the government too, which, for instance, supports the school in different ways.
